Powerflow Yoga - Mondays (60mins) 7.30pm & Saturdays (90mins) 9.00am

Power Yoga:  A great class suitable all levels with a moderate fitness level or wanting to work up to it – a really fun vinyasa flow with an assortment of poses from beginner to advanced – get the blood pumping, breath flowing and energy bursting! 

 

Power Yoga 90mins:  Bring it on!  The same Power Yoga but with an extra half hour to increase endurance and workshop some of the more advanced yoga poses! 

Sunrise Yoga - Tuesdays 6.15am

A challenging powerflow yoga with intermediate to advanced poses.  You'll be surprised how great you feel for the rest of the day as you ride the wave of the early morning energy!  Suitable for the experienced yogi however Beginners welcome to come along and build up that strength and stamina with us!

Gentle Flow Yoga - Thursdays 9.30am

A gentler vinyasa/flow style class designed for Beginners and Intermediate - and all levels looking for a softer and slower class.

Slow Flow + Yin + Meditation - Thursdays 6.30pm

A beautifully relaxing yoga all about unwinding and freeing the body of tension and finding delicious space both body and mind.  Perfect for all levels looking for something softer to enhance their practice and posture, to increase relaxation and sense of presence.  Suitable for Beginners and Prenatal :)

General Yoga - Thursdays 7.35pm

An energizing all levels class incorporating fun poses in a flowing sequence.  A great way to build energy and strength while balancing the body and mind.

Private Class - By Appointment

Suitable for all, particularly for those with specific injuries or illnesses, friends or families wanting to practice together, and for individuals and sports teams looking to enhance performance by maximizing the potential of the body and preventing injuries. Classes are individually developed to suit the needs of the client/s and can include your choice of yoga, meditation, breath work, massage, and philosophy. Also available for special occasions and team building events.

Individual $65, Groups 2-3 $75, Groups 4-6 $100, Groups 7-10 $125

Corporate Classes - By Appointment

Yoga is becoming increasingly popular in the workplace with the realization that executives have similar demands on their bodies as an elite athlete. Benefits of yoga in the workplace include increased concentration, decision-making skills, and ability to multi-task, improved alertness, productivity, and the ability to react calmly in demanding situations. Yoga in the workplace has been shown to reduce the costs of stress related illnesses and absenteeism. Classes include yoga and meditation as well skills and tips for reducing physical and mental stress.

Om Buddhi Yoga is hosting Yoga on the Beach

in Mount Eliza throughout Summer!  

Suitable for all levels from Beginner to Advanced,

bring your friends and the whole family!  

Season starts Mon 25th November!

Fees:

Casual $20

10 Class Pass (Beach/Studio) $170 

1 Month Unlimited (Beach/Studio) $180

Bring water & a yoga mat or beach towel and some water.
